Abuse Report Investigation Process

UBILIBET is an ICANN-accredited registrar and is not responsible for the use of the customer’s domain names.
If you need to report that a domain name registered through UBILIBET is fraudulent or is being used for an abusive or malicious purpose, please contact us through the following email address: abuse@ubilibet.com.
Abuse reports should include the domain name in the title, as well as the following information in the report, so that we can better assist with your query:
- Your name and contact information, including your email address and a telephone number at which you can be reached.
- The domain name that is the cause of, or associated with, your report.
- The nature of the harm caused, with sufficient detail for us to investigate your report, and whether the harm is current and ongoing.
Each abuse report will be reviewed by an agent from our legal team.
Types of abuse:
- Inappropriate content: when you wish to report violent, disturbing, or inappropriate content.
- Malware: malware describes programs designed to damage or gain access to a computer without the knowledge of the owner.
- Phishing: phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive personal, corporate, or financial information (e.g., account numbers, passwords, payments details…) through fraudulent or “look-alike” emails or websites that purposefully masquerade as trustworthy sources.
- Spam: use of information technology for sending unwanted advertising.
- Trademark infringement: when a domain name that is registered with Ubilibet is using a registered trademark without permission.
- Copyright infringement: when a domain name that is registered with Ubilibet is using copyrighted elements without permission.
Upon an abuse reporting claim reception, UBILIBET is committed to put the best of its efforts to diligently and promptly address the matter. In case, the abuse claim reports about a copyright infringement or trademark infringement, the claim will be notified to the owner of the domain. If the claim exposes an illegal activity, inappropriate content, or spam, and if there is sufficient evidence, at least at the indicia level, to support such claims, the appropriate remedy will be taken, such as, but not limited to, suspending the domain. UBILIBET cannot guarantee any particular outcome of the aforementioned actions.
The reporters may be required to provide further information.
To assure a follow up from each opened case, we will assign an identificative ticket number to each report received.
The reporter is entitled, at any time, if applicable, to initiate proceedings under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) established by ICANN: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/help/dndr/udrp-en.
As an ICANN-accredited registrar, UBILIBET is bound by the Policy when the ownership of a particular domain is in dispute.
